Synthrexa Peakar

Business communication, structured for real learning

Online lectures that break down how to analyze the target audience for your business — and turn that knowledge into clearer, more effective communication.

Synthrexa Peakar business communication lecture environment

Synthrexa Peakar was built around a specific frustration: most business communication training covers theory but skips the practical mechanics of who you are actually talking to.

Understanding how to analyze the target audience for your business is not a marketing exercise — it shapes every message, every pitch, every internal report. We started building lectures that treat audience analysis as a core communication skill, not a preliminary checkbox.

The format is deliberately remote. Participants based in Poland and across the region attend from home, which means lectures need to hold attention without a physical room doing the work. That constraint pushed us toward tighter structure and clearer sequencing than most in-person formats ever achieve.

Structured delivery, not open-ended discussion

Each lecture series follows a defined sequence. Participants know what comes next and why — that predictability reduces cognitive load and keeps focus on the material itself.

What we focus on

  • Audience segmentation methods that apply to real business contexts
  • Message framing for different stakeholder types
  • Written and spoken communication in professional settings
  • Feedback loops and how to use them to refine communication

How lectures are built

  • Sequential modules — each builds directly on the previous
  • Concrete examples drawn from business scenarios, not hypotheticals
  • Accessible pacing with clear checkpoints between topics
  • Recordings available for review after each live session

"The section on how to analyze the target audience for your business was the first time I saw that framed as a communication skill rather than a marketing task. It changed how I write internal briefs."
